At the same time, they cannot be called completely new and Western athletes have been actively using them over the past five years. In addition, every "chemical" bodybuilder uses similar drugs that differ from SARMs in the way they work. We are talking about the popular means of carrying out rehabilitation therapy - Clomid and Tamoxifen.
What are SARMs and their benefits?
SARMs are a group of selective androgen-type receptor modulators. Simply put, they have the ability to bind to the corresponding receptors and act on them. Note that these drugs have powerful anabolic properties, but their structure is very different from the usual steroids. For this reason, they are devoid of almost all the disadvantages of AAS.
SARMs are very effective at gaining mass and have the potential to increase physical performance. However, they cannot convert to estradiol and do not have a negative effect on the prostate. Application of SARMs Ostarine
Now let's talk about what dosages you need to take Ostarine in order to get the maximum possible effect. Let's start with the fact that the maximum dose of the preparation during the day should not exceed 25 milligrams. Otherwise, there will be a decrease in the rate of testosterone synthesis. Although these changes are incomparable with the similar effects of steroids, if it is possible to avoid this, then this should be done.
Ostarine can be used to accelerate muscle growth, during drying courses and as a prophylactic agent to prevent damage to the ligamentous-articular apparatus. Let's look at the application of SARMs for each of these tasks. To increase the rate of weight gain, the daily dose of Ostarine is 25 milligrams. The duration of the mass-gathering cycle and the drying course is two months. If you decide to use a drug for burning fat, then the dose should be reduced to 15 to 20 milligrams. In turn, as a means of preventing joint injuries, use 12.5 milligrams of Ostarine daily. Also, in this case, the course should last only six to eight days.
