This is a great filling meal for the whole family. The most important thing in preparing this dish is to follow the rules: do not overcook asparagus and do not overcook pasta.
You can choose any variety of pasta, the main thing is that they are from durum wheat. Also use cheese to your taste: parmesan, Russian or your favorite other product. This dish is especially convenient to prepare if you have asparagus or pasta left over from the previous day. Then the food can be quickly whipped up. Ingredients:
- Pasta - 50 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Asparagus - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp for frying
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
Step by step cooking macaroni with asparagus and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the asparagus under running water.
2. Place the asparagus in a cooking pot, season with salt, cover with drinking water and bring to a boil. Reduce the temperature to the lowest setting, cover the pot and cook the pods for 5 minutes. Do not digest any longer, otherwise some of the healing substances will be lost.
3. Transfer the asparagus to a sieve and leave the excess liquid to drain. At the same time, leave 2-3 tbsp. for further cooking.
4. On both sides of the pods, trim off the ends and cut the asparagus into 2-3 pieces, depending on the original size.
5. Dip the pasta in boiling salted water, boil and boil until it becomes All Dente, ie. do not cook for 1 minute until cooked. Cooking times are indicated on the manufacturer's packaging. Tip the pasta into a sieve and leave to drain with water.
6. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the asparagus beans and fry them for literally 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
7. Send the pasta to the asparagus skillet.
8. Pour 2-3 tbsp into the pan. water, in which the pasta was cooked, mix the products and simmer under a closed lid for 3-4 minutes.
9. Place the asparagus pasta on a serving plate.
10. Sprinkle pasta with asparagus with grated cheese and serve.
