Pasta was first prepared in Italy, and today this dish is prepared in almost all countries of the world. Italian cuisine has long won the hearts and stomachs of many people, incl. pasta products. Since, in addition to their excellent taste, they are very easy to prepare at home, and in a hurry. At the same time, the taste of the dish turns out to be no worse than the restaurant food. The main thing is to use the correct additional ingredients.
In addition, pasta is a great way to get the hormone of happiness, because it improves your mood! And if it is prepared in a company with green beans, then the body produces the hormone serotonin, which gives a good mood, which is necessary in the spring. Therefore, I propose to make pasta with asparagus, tomatoes and cheese. Cooking the dish will not take much time, while on the table there will be aromatic, tasty, and of course healthy pasta! For the recipe, take a pasta from durum wheat, it is advisable to use olive oil for frying, durum tomatoes, and cheese - parmesan.

Ingredients:
- Pasta - 75 g
- Hard cheese - 30 g
- Onions - 0.5 pcs.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Asparagus beans - 100 g
- Olive oil - for frying
Step by step cooking pasta with asparagus, tomatoes and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the asparagus beans under running water.
2. Place the asparagus in a cooking pot and cover with drinking water.
3. Bring the asparagus to a boil, season with salt, heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Tilt the boiled asparagus into a colander to drain all the water. Cut off the ends from the pods on both sides and cut the beans into 2-3 pieces, depending on the size.
5. Put the pasta in a saucepan with boiling salted water and cook until tender. The cooking time is indicated on the manufacturer's packaging.
6. Peel the onions, wash and chop into thin half rings.
7. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into cubes.
8. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
9. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until transparent.
10. Add the tomatoes to the onion pan. Continue frying food for 5 minutes.
11. Following the tomatoes, send the asparagus and fry the ingredients for 2 minutes.
12. Add pasta to foods.
13. Stir the ingredients and cook over the heat for 1 minute.
14. Then immediately place the finished dish on a serving plate.
15. Sprinkle the asparagus and tomato pasta with the grated cheese. Serve the food to the table immediately after cooking. Since it is not customary to cook such a dish for the future.
