If you're looking for a quick and easy, complete stand-alone meal for a family dinner, then there is nothing easier than making a tender and delicious noodle casserole with meat. This dish consists of both meat and a side dish at the same time. The process of incarnating food does not take much time, all the ingredients are available, while the food turns out to be very satisfying.
Any type of meat can be used to prepare the casserole. It can be cut into small pieces or twisted into minced meat. In this recipe, the meat is stewed with sour cream, but you can use tomato sauce or twisted tomato puree instead. In any case, such a casserole will delight you with its originality - rich taste and unique meat aroma. And sour cream sauce and cheese crust will emphasize and set off the dish.

Ingredients:
- Vermicelli "tubules" - 200 g
- Pork - 300 g
- Cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - pinch or to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Any spices and herbs (nutmeg, dried basil, coriander, suneli hops) - to taste and at will
Making pork noodle casserole
1. Peel the meat from the film, remove the fat, wash and dry. Cut it into cubes with a sharp knife, about 1 cm in size. Although, if you wish, you can kill it into minced meat using a meat grinder or food processor, or buy ready-made minced meat. For a more dietary meal, I recommend using a lean type of meat: chicken, veal, turkey.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Set the heat to high and brown the meat, stirring occasionally, to brown and crust quickly. This will help keep them juicy. When the meat is golden brown, pour sour cream into the pan, which you can replace with cream or tomato sauce.
3. Stir, salt and pepper. Add any of your favorite spices and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Along with cooking meat, do noodles. It is advisable to use hard varieties. It is not recommended to use spaghetti, because when baked, they stick together in one whole lump.
Pour drinking water into a saucepan, add salt and boil. Lower the pasta and boil it for 1 minute less than what is written on the manufacturer's package. When baked, they will reach the desired consistency. Then fold them slightly damp in a colander. If you want to preserve their shape when baking, then rinse them with cold water.
5. When all the food is ready, start assembling the casserole. Find a convenient shape and line the pasta in one even layer.
6. Place the meat filling on top of them.
7. Repeat the pasta layer.
8. And top off the casserole with the remaining meat filling.
9. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the casserole and place in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for half an hour. In this case, the first half of the time, bake the food under a foil or lid, which then remove so that the top is slightly browned.
10. Serve the cooked casserole hot. Usually it is prepared for indispensable use, because it is not accepted to warm it up.
