Delicious boiled pork can not only be bought in the store, but also cooked at home. You can cook homemade boiled pork from beef, pork, turkey or chicken. But mostly boiled pork is made from pork.
For a delicious snack, pay special attention to the meat. You should choose a 1–1.5 kg piece cut from the back or ham. The meat should not have streaks and layers of fat. But meat will not work at all without fat, then the finished boiled pork will be dry. After the meat is selected, it is thoroughly washed and the films are removed. Then it is marinated for at least 8 hours. Therefore, when planning to cook boiled pork, plan to marinate it in advance. So, the subtleties have been told, let's cook.

Rinse the meat before cooking and dry it with a paper towel. It is better to use marinade and spices on dry meat. For the marinade, combine the mustard, salt, pepper, soy sauce and rosemary.
