Pork is one of the most popular types of meat. It is available to most consumers, the taste is delicate, and the preparation is very simple. The only drawback is the high calorie content. But this does not scare many. Many different dishes are prepared from it: fried, baked, stewed, etc. In today's review I will tell you how to cook boiled pork.
Traditionally, boiled pork is baked in an oven. Undoubtedly, this is a very tasty option for food, but in this step-by-step recipe I will tell you how to make boiled pork at home. Cooking boiled pork pork:
1. Pour drinking water into a saucepan, add peeled onions, carrots and cloves of garlic. Also add bay leaves, peppercorns and your favorite spices. Season with salt and pepper. Bring water to a boil.
2. Wash the meat and tie it with a thread so that it takes a beautiful shape and does not disintegrate during cooking. If you don't like fatty foods, you can cut excess fat from pork.
3. Dip the meat in boiling water and boil. I draw your attention to the fact that it is important to lower the meat in boiling water. From the hot temperature, it quickly seizes with a film, which will allow you to keep the juice in it as much as possible. And if the goal is to get a more rich broth, then the meat is dipped into cold water and brought to a boil.
4. Boil the boiled pork for an hour. In this case, do not pierce it under any circumstances. Otherwise, juice will flow out of it, and the pork will not be so juicy and tender.
5. By this time, mix all your favorite spices and herbs.
6. Add garlic passed through a press to them. Stir in the spices.
7. Remove the threads from the boiled meat. Do this carefully so as not to damage the piece.
8. Spice the pork well with spices on all sides.
9. Wrap boiled pork in baking foil and refrigerate soaked in spices for 24 hours. After this time, unwrap it from the packaging, cut into slices and serve. You can also make sandwiches from boiled pork and give your child to school or take it with you to work.
