To do this, it is fried in a preheated pan and over high heat, but not for long, and then the temperature is reduced to medium mode so that the meat is cooked up.
The taste of the finished meal also depends on the quality of the meat. To make the chops juicy and tender, use only fresh chicken fillets without pre-freezing. From frozen food, the dish will be tough and dry. For the filling in this recipe, tomatoes are used, but you can use pineapples, mushrooms, onions, olives, etc. It is advisable to use a hard cheese, it melts well and gives a beautiful crust.
There are also subtleties of cooking chicken chops. First, cut the fillets only across the fibers and be sure to beat them off with a kitchen hammer with teeth. Cooking chicken chop with cheese in a pan
1. Cut the chicken lengthwise and crosswise to make four chops. Beat each bite with a kitchen hammer. But do not be too zealous, because the meat is very tender and can be quickly turned into a mesh.
2. Wash the tomato and cut into thin half rings about 5 mm thick.
3. Grate the cheese on a medium or coarse grater.
4. In a deep bowl, combine the following foods: raw egg, finely chopped basil, black pepper and any spices to taste. Stir the mixture well until smooth.
5. Dip the chicken fillet alternately in the egg batter and turn it over several times so that the meat is covered on all sides with the mixture.
