Step-by-step cooking of chicken fillet chops with cheese in a pan
1. Before preparing fillet chops with cheese in a pan, process the chicken. We wash meat at room temperature or slightly chilled, dry it, cut off cartilage, bones, peel and fat. Then we cut it into large pieces across the fibers. Usually 3-4 chops are obtained from one half of the fillet. Cover each piece in turn with cling film and beat off with a kitchen hammer.
