This dish diversifies the taste of familiar pancakes well, brings new notes and aftertaste. Such pancakes will surely please both adults and children. Kids can be fed them for an afternoon snack with a cup of milk, and adults can be served with sour cream for dinner.

A variety of spices can be added to the pancake dough to taste. For example, a pinch of ground black pepper, turmeric, garlic passed through a press, onions fried in oil. Vanillin, ground cinnamon and other additives will also sound good in the dish.
