If you have mashed potatoes from yesterday's dinner, then you shouldn't rush to throw it away. It can be used to make delicious pancakes. This dish diversifies the taste of familiar pancakes well, brings new notes and aftertaste. Such pancakes will surely please both adults and children. Kids can be fed them for an afternoon snack with a cup of milk, and adults can be served with sour cream for dinner.

Making mashed potatoes pancakes:
1. Pour milk into a deep bowl, beat in an egg and pour in vegetable oil.
2. Whisk the ingredients well. Add honey and stir again to dissolve completely. If the honey is too tight, melt it a little. And in case, if any, contraindications to this product, replace it with brown or white sugar.
3. Pour flour into the liquid ingredients.
