- When cooking chicken and potatoes in a bag, it is preferable not to add other vegetables, such as tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini. Otherwise, the potatoes will be saturated with the juice of these vegetables, become sour, become liquid and acquire an unpleasant taste. Additives that will complement this dish are onions and carrots. They go well with potatoes and poultry.
- It is important to seal the sleeve so that neither juice nor fat leaks out during the baking process, then the products will turn out juicy. And the juice itself, which remains, can be served in the form of a sauce to dip meat and potatoes.
- Even when preparing, you need to take into account the baking time, usually 40 minutes is enough for 1 kg of meat, plus an additional 20 minutes for the formation of a golden brown crust. The cooking time will be different if the poultry is not baked whole, but cut into pieces.

- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Mustard - 1 tsp

Cooking whole chicken with potatoes in the oven step by step:
1. In a small bowl, combine mustard, soy sauce, salt, ground pepper and any spices with spices.
2. Stir the marinade well.
3. Wash the chicken and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove all the fat inside, especially on the tail. Wash the young potatoes and cut into pieces. You do not need to clean it, because it has a particularly tasty rind.
