Many housewives rarely cook offal dishes. At the same time, in the villages, where in each courtyard there is livestock, offal perfectly allows you to diversify the family menu. Today, the old traditions of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are returning to fashion. Therefore, today I propose a recipe for chicken liver with hearts and potatoes in pots in the oven. But not at all because it is useful, but because it is very tasty, and the food itself requires minimal effort and time.
All dishes in ceramic pots have a special aroma and appeal. Such food is much tastier than the usual one that we eat every day. Such dishes are to everyone's taste. In this recipe, we will pre-fry the chicken liver with a heart so that the products take on an appetizing crust, and then we will cook them in the oven. Although if you want to make the dish less fatty and more dietary, then send the offal directly to the pots, bypassing pre-frying. Moreover, for richness, more expressive and distinct taste, you can add some aromatic dried herbs to each pot. Spices will add the right accents and saturate the ingredients with an indescribable palette of aromas.

2. Fry them over high heat for about 3 minutes until the offal is golden brown. Then add onion chopped in half rings and mix. Bring the heat to medium setting and fry the ingredients for another 5-7 minutes.
