Meat with vegetables is cooked in different ways. There are a huge number of recipes, tk. in many respects it all depends on the imagination of penetration. Moreover, even if you use the same ingredients, but add a new product, you will get a completely new taste. But it is important that spoiling food in pots is almost impossible. It always turns out delicious. The main thing is to season the dish with salt and pepper.
Any meat is baked in pots: pork, veal, beef, lamb, poultry, etc. You can choose the fat content of the meat to taste, if there is a lot of excess fat, then it is advisable to cut it off. Otherwise, the food will be sugary fatty, which is not very good for digestion of the stomach. The rest is complete freedom of choice. You can combine meat with a variety of ingredients, lay food in layers or mix in pots, close the molds with ordinary or dough lids.
It is impossible not to mention one of the advantages of dishes cooked in pots - when the food is cooked in the oven, they retain all the useful vitamins and substances. At the same time, they become softer and suitable for a dietary or children's table.

Ingredients:
- Pork - 500 g
- Eggplant - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 4 pcs.
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Basil - a couple of twigs
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step-by-step cooking of meat with vegetables in pots:
1. Wash the pork and pat dry with a towel. Cut off the film and excess fat. Cut into medium-sized pieces and place in a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry it over high heat for a few minutes so that it becomes golden brown, which seals the juice inside.
2. Wash the eggplants, dry and cut into slices. Salt and leave for half an hour to remove the bitterness from them. When droplets of moisture appear on the surface, rinse the vegetable under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Place the eggplants in a skillet with vegetable oil and fry until a blush appears.
3. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes and also fry in oil until crisp.
4. Peel the bell peppers from the seeds with partitions, cut into pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown.
5. Do the same with onions: peel, chop and sauté until transparent.
6. Slightly sauté the garlic sliced into rings.
7. When all the ingredients are prepared, start collecting food in pots. Put the meat and onions first.
8. Then send garlic with pepper.
9. Add the eggplant.
10. Place the sliced tomatoes.
11. Place potatoes and basil leaves. Season food with salt and ground pepper. Close the pots with lids and send them to the oven. Turn it on to heat up to 180 degrees and cook the dish for 1 hour.
Note:
- Send ceramic pots only to a cold oven, otherwise they may crack from the extreme high temperatures.
- If you want to prepare a dietary meal, then do not use the frying process. Store food raw in pots.
