Ready-made fried patties can be made even more amazing: brush with sour cream and bake in the oven. By the way, you can not add any bread or eggs to this minced meat. Chicken and potato cutlets will keep their shape well, thanks to the potato starch found in the potato tubers. Although you can add an egg if you want. Step by step cooking chicken cutlets with potatoes, recipe with photo:
