These vegetables are considered a must in the dish. The rest of the ingredients vary depending on the seasonality of the year, the preferences of the chef and the characteristics of the region of Spain. Onions, eggplants, zucchini, carrots, hot peppers can be found in the dish … Only olive oil is used to prepare pisto manchego. Vegetable oil will have a completely different taste of food. Ingredients:
- Pork ribs - 500 g
- Sweet red pepper - 1 pc.

Step-by-step preparation of pisto manchego, recipe with photo:
