According to an old tradition, during the Maslenitsa period, the hostesses bake a variety of pancakes to enjoy their wonderful taste before the beginning of Lent. They say that Pancake pancakes symbolize the sun and the more you eat them, the more bright sun there will be in life … Therefore, at this time people bake a variety of pancakes, and not only classic ones with milk or kefir. For example, there are chocolate pancakes, soda pancakes, colored pancakes. Today I propose not to bypass and cook cheese pancakes with beer.
You can take a variety of beer for the recipe: light, dark, non-alcoholic or assorted. Not all housewives prepare beer pancakes, because they fear that a persistent beer smell will be present. But in fact, during baking, the aroma resembles more bread than beer, and the taste of the beer is completely invisible. Also, do not worry about the presence of alcohol, it will completely go away when baking. You can take any kind of cheese for the recipe, both hard and soft. Its amount can be different. Therefore, if you love this product, then do not regret it. I am sure you will like these pancakes very much.

Step-by-step preparation of cheese pancakes on beer, recipe with photo:
1. Pour beer and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and sugar. Stir well so that the products combine with each other.
2. Pour flour into a bowl. Sift it through a fine sieve to enrich it with oxygen. This will help the pancakes gain extra tenderness. After using a whisk or hand blender, knead the dough until smooth and smooth without a single lump.
3. Then beat the egg into the dough and add the cheese shavings. You can adjust the amount of cheese to your liking. If you love this product, then don't regret it. You can grate the cheese yourself or buy ready-made cheese shavings. Rub it on a medium to coarse grater.
4. Knead the dough again until smooth so that the food is evenly distributed.
5. Oil the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil or wipe with a piece of lard or bacon. Put on fire and heat well. If the pan is not hot enough, the pancakes will stick to it. There is no need to lubricate its bottom in the future. This is done only once, before baking the first pancake. Ladle the dough with a ladle and pour it into the pan. Twist it in all directions so that the dough spreads in a circle. Put the skillet on fire and bake the pancakes for 1.5 minutes over medium heat.
6. Flip the pancake to the other side, cook for another 1 minute, and remove from the pan.
7. Serve hot pancakes to the table. They will be especially tasty when combined with salty firewood. For example, with garlic sauce, sour cream mixed with chopped green onions, tomato sauces, etc.
