Indeed, even many Italian chefs, despite the existence of the classic Bolognese recipe determined by the Association of Bologna Chefs, are free to relate to the sauce recipe. Having mastered this affordable recipe, the dish will become familiar and will enter your daily menu. Since meat sauce is very satisfying, men love it very much. But pasta with bolognese will still remain an exquisite dish. Although you don't have to use spaghetti, any other pasta will do.

You can use one or more types of meat for the recipe. Minced meat with Bolognese sauce is suitable not only for pasta, but also for mashed potatoes. In addition to pasta, the sauce can be used for other dishes. For example, for lasagna, it goes well with béchamel sauce, it can be combined with cheese, and in its own form, it is quite good. Be sure to make this sauce at home, especially if you are tired of the classic meat gravies. I am sure that the result of the dish will be amazing. Bolognese is usually cooked on the stove, but in a slow cooker, the sauce is made a little faster.

Ingredients:

  • Pork - 700 g
  • Olive oil - for frying
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Spices and herbs to taste
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • Thick tomato juice or sauce - 200 ml
  • Onions - 1-2 pcs.

1. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel and pass it through the auger of a meat grinder with a medium ring attachment.

2. Peel the onions with garlic, wash and twist as well.

3. Place the pan on the stove, pour and heat the olive oil. Place the twisted minced meat with onion and garlic. Fry the food over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add salt, black pepper and spices to the minced meat in a frying pan. I used dried basil, parsley and dill, ground red paprika and ground nutmeg.

Note

: if you want to bring the taste of Balonese as close as possible to the original recipe, then take the minced meat in half pork / beef. Also add finely chopped bacon, chopped celery, carrots and tomatoes. Dilute tomato paste with meat broth and red wine.
