You can bake this dish, stew it, but we will fry it. Before serving, sprinkle the potatoes with green onions, not just recommend, but insist.

- Potatoes - 4 pcs.
- Morels - 300 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Step by step cooking of fried potatoes with morels
The first step is to prepare the mushrooms. All forest mushrooms are boiled. Boil the morels after rinsing thoroughly. Cook them 15 minutes after boiling in salted water. Then we rinse again.
Now we cut all the ingredients. Onion mode in half rings, potatoes in cubes or strips. We leave the morels as they are.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put onions and morels in it. Fry for 7 minutes over medium heat. Remember to stir the contents of the pan to prevent it from burning.
Now let's add the potatoes. If you want the potatoes to be tasty and fried, first soak them in water for half an hour, and then dry them on a towel. But if there is not much time, after peeling the potatoes, blot them with a paper towel and cut them afterwards.
Fry potatoes with mushrooms over medium heat until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetable oil as needed. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped green onions and cover. Let stand for a few minutes. Serve to the table. Bon Appetit.
