Pasta is a favorite dish of Italians. Preparing a meal is very simple, you just need to perform some simple culinary actions. Pasta for the recipe can be used in any form: long spaghetti, tubules, butterflies, shells, snails … The main thing is that they are of high quality, durum wheat. Only such a paste can be used without harm to your figure. Shrimps are suitable for any size, it depends on wealth and financial capacity. The larger the seafood, the more expensive it is. Cream can be replaced with milk, but it is better to take it homemade with a high percentage of fat. Then you get a more tender and creamy dish.

- Spaghetti - 150 g
- Cream - 250 ml
- Olive oil - for frying
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 200 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Step-by-step preparation of pasta with shrimps in a creamy sauce, recipe with photo:
1. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and boil. Add pasta, boil again and cook until al dente, i.e. do not cook until cooked for 1-2 minutes. Read the preparation time on the manufacturer's packaging. Then tip the pasta into a sieve so that all the moisture is glass.
2. Pour boiling water over the shrimps and leave to thaw for 10 minutes.
3. After that, clean them from the shell.
4. Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat. Add a clove of garlic in the oil if desired and sauté it for a savory aroma and flavor, then remove and discard. Place the shrimp in a skillet and fry them lightly over medium heat.
5. Pour the cream into a saucepan, season a little with salt and heat, but do not bring it to a boil.
6. Pour the boiled pasta into a baking dish.
7. Place shrimps on top of them and cover with creamy sauce. Cover the form with a lid or wrap in foil and send the pasta with shrimps in a creamy sauce to bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
