- Chicken (any parts or offal) - 300 g
- Italian spice mixture - 1 tsp
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Bay leaf - 1 pc.

- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp
Step by step preparation of Italian minestrone soup in chicken broth, recipe with photo:
