- Fill up any crevices and gaps through which dampness and cold droop from the outside. Seal small defects with putty, large ones - with polyurethane foam, which, after hardening, cover with a facing or cover with a sealant to protect against ultraviolet radiation.
- Insulate the loggia with heat insulators, which will allow you to operate the room all year round, and decorate the walls with inexpensive material.
There are several ways to fix materials to the wall. Plastic, lining, MDF panels are attached to the lathing. The advantage of this method is that the base walls do not need to be leveled. To assemble the frame, you will need 30x30 mm and 40x40 mm rails. They are fixed to the wall in positions in which the outer sides are in the same plane. The frame is fastened with screws or dowels. Spacers are installed in the gaps between the slats and the wall every 400-500 mm. The step of the bars is determined by the size of the insulation.
