A cookie is a confection made from dough. For taste, all kinds of flavors are added to the dough, and for beauty they are formed with different figures. Oatmeal honey cookies with milk and ginger are very different from the classic cookies with sugar. It is much more satisfying and healthier. Ginger gives a spice, and honey special - a magical aroma and makes pastries crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can never buy that in stores. Therefore, you need to cook it yourself.
Usually honey and gingerbread cookies are baked for New Year or Christmas, but no one forbids pampering yourself with them at other times. By the way, if you replace milk with tomato pickle or some kind of juice, then the recipe for cookies will turn out to be lean and suitable for the time of fasting. Regular oatmeal is suitable for this cookie, both instant and "coarser" versions. This recipe can be constantly upgraded. The use of additional products such as nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts), raisins, bananas, candied fruits and chocolate adds some variety to the recipes. In addition, the thinner the cookie is, the more crumbly it will be. If you form a thicker cookie, then it will turn out in the form of gingerbread: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
