Beautiful portioned thematic pastries - Valentine's chocolate-honey muffins. They are suitable for treats and a sweet gift for your beloved half on Valentine's Day. I am sure that those with a sweet tooth will be especially delighted with such a gift made with the hands of their beloved. And if you don't have heart-shaped molds, then bake one large cake on a flat baking sheet, and then cut the figures out of the cake. But here the baking time of the product will differ. Small portioned muffins are cooked no longer than 10-15 minutes, and one large one - up to 40 minutes. Therefore, watch out for readiness so as not to overexpose the product. Otherwise, it will become tough.
The dough for this recipe is kneaded very simply, no longer than 15 minutes. Therefore, this baking will not take you much time. It is important to use natural quality cocoa powder for muffins. And if possible, in general, replace it with a bar of natural dark chocolate, which is melted in a water bath. It must contain at least 60% chocolate. You can also break the chocolate into small pieces and add to the dough - then it will melt beautifully during baking. If desired, this product can be supplemented with nuts such as walnuts or pecans. Chocolate goes very well with them.
