1. When choosing a zucchini for cooking, give preference to a young vegetable, without ripe seeds. Small dairy fruits have a soft, thin skin that does not need to be peeled, unlike a mature fruit. Wash the selected zucchini, dry and cut into 7 mm washers. Arrange them side by side in a baking dish that can be placed in the oven. Season the zucchini with salt and black pepper. To add a special taste and piquancy to the delicacy, you can grate the dishes in which you will cook with a slice of garlic.

2. My mushrooms are already pre-fried, so I just put them on the zucchini. If you have fresh mushrooms, wash, dry and cut into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Do not forget to salt and pepper them. I recommend using champignons for the recipe, because they are readily available commercially and are the easiest to prepare. Oyster mushrooms are also suitable.

3. Cut the sausages into rings about 5 mm thick and place on top of the courgettes.
