  • Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Celery seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Allspice peas - 1/2 tablespoon

Step by step preparation of cranberry sauce:

  1. Defrost the cranberries. Cut the peeled onion into large pieces and fry in a pan in high heat in butter until golden brown.

  3. Add honey and thicken.
  4. Add cranberries, salt, pepper, stir and remove from heat.
  5. Peel the fillet of veal from the film and cut into splints along the fibers. Wipe off with salt, pepper and brush with olive oil. Fry in a dry preheated pan on each side for 5 minutes, while turning from one side to the other every 2.5 minutes.
