Ingredients:
- Pork (sirloin) - 1 kg
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Any greens - a few branches
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Hard cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking of meat crushers with cheese and minced meat, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Cut off 2/3 pieces and set aside. Cut 1/3 part into thin slices, like into chops about 1 cm thick.
2. Use a scalloped hammer to beat off the meat on both sides to make the meat layer twice thinner and wider. Set the beaten meat aside.
3. Twist 2/3 of the meat through a meat grinder. Also pass the peeled and washed onion through the auger.
4. Grate the cheese and add to the minced meat. Wash the greens, finely chop and send after the cheese.
5. Season the minced meat with salt and black pepper and mix well.
6. Spread one piece of beaten meat on a board and spread the minced meat on it in an even thin layer.
7. Roll the stuffed meat with a tape measure. I recommend tying it with a thread or fastening it with a toothpick.
8. Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil well and lay out the curls, seam side down.
9. On a slightly over medium heat, fry the rolls until golden brown and turn them over. Continue frying them until golden brown.
10. Pour some water into the pan so that it covers the bottom by 1 cm. Bring it to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low heat and simmer rolls for 30 minutes. Serve ready-made meat rolls with cheese and minced meat hot with any side dish.
