White sauce with cilantro is a great addition to poultry, meat and fish dishes. No special skills are required to prepare it, and the entire cooking process takes a minimum of time. Even those who don't like cilantro will like this sauce. its smell is practically not felt.

Ingredients:
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l. (20% fat)
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.
- Cilantro - medium bun
- Dill is a smaller bunch than cilantro
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Making White Cilantro Sauce
1. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream. 2. Add chopped garlic (push through the garlic). 3. Add finely chopped cilantro and dill. 4. Add a little salt if desired. 5. Mix well and set in the cold for several hours.
Note. You can chop garlic and herbs either manually or in a blender. The second method is much more convenient and quicker, and the sauce is ready for use almost immediately.
