Jelly is a cold dessert based on gelatin. They do it on a different basis. Berries, fruits, jams are used as a sweet component, but today we will take cottage cheese and milk. Besides the fact that this jelly is tasty, it is also healthy. This delicate and airy delicacy literally melts in your mouth. It is quite cold, but not icy, so it refreshes remarkably on summer days, and without the risk of getting sore throat.
To prepare it, you need a minimum set of products: milk, cottage cheese, gelatin and sugar. Well, in this recipe there is also cocoa powder, which is not an obligatory postulate. If you want, you can additionally flavor the jelly and add cinnamon, vanillin, coffee, chocolate pieces, fruits and other products that affect the taste of sweetness, giving new notes.
I do not recommend using skim milk for jelly, as the dessert will be tasteless and with a bluish tinge, and also do not use a powder product. Use whole cow's milk or homemade milk for the sweetness. You can replace it with sour cream. It will be tasty too, but in a different way.
