Cooking fruit sangria:

- Wash the plums and remove the seeds.
- Put all the fruits in a container, add ice, cinnamon and star anise.
- Combine wine separately with cognac, mineral water and sugar.

Note: you can adjust the strength of the drink to your liking by adding more or less mineral water or, on the contrary, pour in a little more brandy.
