Grate the carrots (1 piece), cut the onion (1 piece) into half rings and pass these vegetables in a pan, and then add to the potatoes and zucchini. Cook for another 10 minutes. Remove the soup from heat, cool slightly and puree with a blender. Pour the soup into bowls, add sour cream and add nuts or drink to taste, eat with croutons.
  • Fancy pesto sauce … Boil the green beans (150 grams) and broccoli (200 grams) in lightly salted water until soft. Heat sunflower oil (1 teaspoon) in a frying pan, add chopped garlic (2 cloves) and fry until a pronounced smell appears. Grind the drank nuts (30 grams) and basil (10 grams) with water (3 tablespoons) in a blender, add the garlic and turn on the blender again. Now add the beans and broccoli and beat thoroughly again. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir. It can be eaten either simply by spreading it on bread, or by adding it to pasta.
  • Homebaked bread … Sift flour (450 grams), add sugar (10 grams), salt (6 grams) and yeast (1/3 teaspoon from a standard bag of dry yeast). Carefully add water (350 ml) into the mixture and knead the dough - but not with your hands, but with a spoon, it will be watery, and you will not be able to knead it with your hands. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film, put in a warm place for 5 hours. Grease a baking dish with oil, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Stir in the drank nuts and sunflower seeds to taste, and leave to rise for another 30 minutes. Transfer the dough to the oven and bake for 50 minutes. Check readiness with a match. Ready bread needs to be cooled and only then removed from the mold, it's easier.
  • Healthy cookies … Beat bananas (3 pieces) in a blender, add vanilla (1 teaspoon) and vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), mix thoroughly. Dried fruits (1 glass) - you can take any - dried apricots, dried cherries, cranberries, prunes, etc. rinse, soak for 10 minutes in water, dry and chop finely. Also chop up drank nuts (50 grams) and almonds (50 grams). Mix banana mass with dried fruit, oatmeal (1 cup), nuts, and almond flour (50 grams) - you can buy this at a health food store or make your own in a coffee grinder from almonds. Shape the dough into cookies, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
