  • Servings - 3-4 pcs.
  • Cooking time - 2 hours

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 3 cups
  • Margarine - 200 g
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Salt - 1 pinch

Puff pastry preparation:

  1. We knead the dough only from water, flour and salt. We will need margarine a little later. Attention! The dough should come out steep and fall well behind your hands.
  2. Now we will make layers. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and rub the margarine on it, which can be spread a little over the dough. Then you need to twist the layer into a tube, flatten it and roll it out again. Again we take the margarine and three of it for the dough, we twist the "roll". Repeat the same procedure one more time, but you do not need to roll out the dough again.
  3. Flatten the last "tube", cut into portions (3-4 pieces), wrap them with cling film and put in the freezer for half an hour.
  4. The chilled dough must be removed from the freezer, rolled out in a thin layer, and then use it for its intended purpose: for napoleon, puff envelopes, baklava and other delicious desserts. Here is your imagination, what to wrap in puff pastry sheets.

Attention! When baking, make sure that the dough does not dry out.
