Flax seeds should be taken in a coarsely ground form (you can buy ready-made flax seed meal, the price of 200 g is about 15 UAH in Ukraine and 30-40 rubles in Russia), since the swelling occurs precisely inside the stomach. Drink plenty of clean water or other liquid. Their taste is almost neutral, but many may not like it, in which case it can be mixed with jam or honey one to one. You need to take two tablespoons in the morning and evening. The norm per day is 50 g, which should not be exceeded in any case for the safety of your liver. After two weeks of application, you need to take a break for 1 week. And so on for 3 months, after which a month break.

Don't be surprised, but you can also add flax seeds to cooked meals. For example, in dough, stewed vegetables, soups, minced meat for cutlets, salads and cereals, but it is worth adding 1 tablespoon in a highly chopped form. After a month of such nutrition, you will lose two to four extra pounds. For those who like to eat porridge in the morning, you can buy flaxseed porridge, which is not only tasty, but also healthy.

Also, in dishes with flaxseed meal, you can add guarana powder in an amount of 1–2 grams per serving for a person. Or make such a slimming cocktail: pour 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal and 1 gram of liquid chestnut with orange juice. Take 2 times a day - morning and evening 2 hours before bedtime.

  • Vitamin cocktail. In 200 ml of freshly squeezed carrot juice, stir 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour and a tea spoon of flaxseed oil. Drink after 5 minutes.
  • Linseed jelly. Add the crushed seeds to the cooked jelly. When the drink has cooled down, you can safely consume it throughout the day. You will not feel hungry, but rather satiety and lightness.
  • Flax seed decoction. Boil no more than a tablespoon of flax seeds over low heat, pouring 250 ml of boiling water over them. Stir gradually during cooking. Then let the broth cool down and take about 100 ml before eating.
  • Kefir with flax. Grind the seeds and mix with low-fat kefir or yogurt. Use as follows: the first week - kefir (200 ml) with seeds (1 tsp), the second - kefir (200 ml) + seeds (2 tsp), the third - 200 ml of kefir and 3 tsp. seeds.
  • Infusion from seeds. Pour 400 ml of boiling water into a tablespoon of seeds, preferably in a thermos. Time for infusion is 12 hours. We drink half a glass for 10 days before eating.

Contraindications

You should not take flax seeds if you experience the following diseases:

  • Exacerbation of chronic cholecystitis.
  • Acute bowel disease.
  • Cirrhosis and hepatitis of the liver.
  • Volvulus.
  • Keratitis.
  • Diabetes.

If you want to take flaxseed oil, make sure you don't have ulcerative colitis, gallstones, heart problems, irritable bowel syndrome, and pancreatitis.
