Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken fillet - 500 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Sweet pepper - 1/2 pc.
- Mayonnaise - 50-70 g
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step preparation of a simple salad with chicken fillet and Korean carrots
1. Cool the boiled chicken fillet completely. We cut it into large cubes. We wash the pepper, remove the seeds. We also cut it into cubes, but smaller than chicken pieces.
2. Onions are very spicy for this salad, therefore, according to the recipe for salad with chicken fillet and Korean carrots, you need to marinate them. To do this, cut it into thin half rings. We put it in a deep bowl. Pour in vinegar.
3. Add salt, pour in water. Let the onion stand for 20 minutes. During this time, it will marinate, become less spicy, but remain crispy.
4. Squeeze out Korean carrots, if the pieces are rather large, cut them. Transfer the onion to a sieve and wait until the water is completely drained. Place the carrots in a large bowl, add the chicken, bell peppers and onions.
