The recipe for making a lean salad with boiled potatoes, cucumbers and radishes.
Spring salads often start with herbs and radishes (learn about the health benefits and calories of radishes). The latter, for example, is often combined with cucumbers and sour cream. However, the radish will not be prevented by the proximity of carrots, boiled potatoes, onions, pickles on one plate with a dressing of lean mayonnaise sauce or soy mayonnaise.
