Green salad with radishes and green onions dressed with an interesting sauce based on vegetable oil, soy sauce and mustard. If desired, you can replace vegetable oil with olive oil or any other kind. Soy sauce will completely replace salt, and if you want a slightly sour taste, add a little lemon juice or balsamic vinegar. Also, a pinch of freshly ground pepper will not harm the dish.

- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Step by step preparation of green salad with radishes and green onions, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the wild garlic under running water, cut off the stems, dry the leaves with a paper towel and cut.
2. Cut off the spinach leaves from the stems, if there are elastic veins on the leaves, remove them. Wash the leaves from dirt and dust, dry with a paper towel and cut into 2-3 pieces, depending on the size.
