Do you want to lose a couple of extra pounds? Then just cleanse your intestines. In any case, it is useful to do it periodically, since from time to time it becomes clogged with toxins, slags and various harmful substances. For this purpose, there is a great salad called "Brush". This salad still allows you to lose weight, and it is also very useful! Since it contains only vitamins: vegetables and fruits that do not lend themselves to heat treatment. This salad is good for fasting days, and it helps to get in shape after childbirth.
There are many cooking options for this salad. At the same time, they are all technologically simple and have the same effect: they lead to cleansing and rapid weight loss. The main benefit of this food is the content of a large amount of fiber, which in our body has an effect similar to a "janitor", i.e. cleanses the intestines and gets rid of accumulated deposits. Today I propose, having experimented a little in the kitchen, and prepare the "Brush" salad from beets, radishes and apples.

Ingredients:
- Raw beets - 1 pc.
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a small pinch (but it is better not to put it in)
- Radish - 150 g
Step-by-step preparation of "Brush" salad from beets, radishes and apples, recipe with photo:
1. Rinse the apple under running water and dry it with a paper towel. Remove the core with a special knife and grate the pulp on a coarse grater. Whether or not to peel the apple is up to the owner herself. However, it is better to leave the skin, as it contains many useful vitamins.
2. Peel the radish, wash it and also grate it on a coarse grater.
3. Peel, wash and grate the beets. I draw your attention to the fact that we use beets exclusively raw.
4. Place all food in a bowl.
5. Season them with oil and add a little salt if desired. But usually no salt is added to this salad.

6. Stir the food and you can start your meal. This salad is usually consumed in small portions during the day or in the evening instead of dinner. It is not recommended to use it on an empty stomach in the morning.
