When you are preparing for a celebration, especially if it is a children's holiday, you are always looking for the dishes to be not only healthy and tasty, but also interestingly decorated. We propose to cook just such an appetizer with us. Salad with sprats "Fish in a pond" is good in itself: after all, it has perfectly balanced tastes. - Russian cheese - 200 g

Step-by-step preparation of salad with sprats "Fish in the pond"
1. Drain the oil from the sprats, and mimic the fish with a fork. We leave a few tails: they will come in handy at the final stage for decorating the salad.
2. Put the sprats in a deep salad bowl with the first layer.
3. Cut the onions into the smallest possible cubes and place them on top of the sprats.
4. Cover the layer with mayonnaise mesh.
