If at the beginning of summer we fried zucchini, stewed or baked, and only fresh salads were prepared from tomatoes, then by the end of summer and early autumn these dishes are already a little annoying and we need to come up with new dishes. One of them is warm salads, the options of which are countless.
This combination of vegetables is very versatile and many people like it. You can season such a salad with any seasonings and sauces to taste, both the most common vegetable oil and complex multi-component sauces. It should be served warm, right after cooking. But if it remains not eaten, then you can store it in the refrigerator, and warm it up in the microwave before use. Also, one cannot fail to note the benefits of food. Step by step preparation of a warm salad with zucchini and tomatoes
1. Wash the zucchini, peel, remove the seeds and cut into half rings of about 1 cm.
2. Peel the carrots, rinse and pat dry with a cotton towel. Then cut into rings about 5 mm thick. Do not cut any thicker, otherwise the vegetables will not cook evenly.
3. Wash the tomatoes, wipe them with a dry towel and make punctures in several places with a toothpick. They are necessary so that they do not burst or crack during baking. Choose a small size of tomatoes so that they look harmonious on the dish. If you use large tomatoes, then they will have to be cut into pieces, and this will not be the same eating effect. Cherry tomatoes are ideal.
4. Grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of vegetable or olive oil and put all the vegetables on it: zucchini, tomatoes and carrots. Season them with salt and other spices to taste. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and send them to bake. Check the readiness of vegetables with a toothpick. If they are soft, then they are ready.
5. Put prepared foods on a plate, sprinkle them with olive oil, pour over soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
