1. Wash the zucchini, peel, remove the seeds and cut into half rings of about 1 cm.

2. Peel the carrots, rinse and pat dry with a cotton towel. Then cut into rings about 5 mm thick. Do not cut any thicker, otherwise the vegetables will not cook evenly.

4. Grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of vegetable or olive oil and put all the vegetables on it: zucchini, tomatoes and carrots. Season them with salt and other spices to taste.
