Recently I told you a recipe for how to cook "chicken skewers in the oven." So, I made it in such a large quantity that several pieces of meat were left not eaten. And as we know, freshly cooked chicken breasts are the most delicious. And when they have already been lying for a while, they become hard and dry. But all the same, do not throw them away, even if they remain? Any product can be used. For example, you can make a delicious pate from them, cook soup, stew with vegetables. But today I decided to dispose of them by making a delicious salad.
Like all existing snacks, chefs invented spontaneously. This is what I did today. Opening the refrigerator, I took what I had and made an excellent salad, which sold out with a bang! For myself, I dismissed that it turned out to be wonderful and it can be cooked not only for the purpose that I had, but also purposefully. To do this, it is not necessary to wait when it will be necessary to attach a piece of meat that has not been eaten somewhere, but also to boil or fry it on purpose.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Green onions - bunch
- Mayonnaise - 50 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Cooking chicken and egg salad
1. First of all, prepare the meat. In my case, I only had to cut it into small cubes. But if you are preparing the salad initially, then wash the chicken breasts under running water, put them in a saucepan and boil until cooked for half an hour. After, refrigerate and chop. Do not pour the broth, but you can make a soup. Also, the meat can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan. This is already a matter of taste. Therefore, choose the method of its preparation yourself. I can say that the most useful fillet is boiled, tasty - baked, harmful - fried.
2. Remove all liquid from pickles. To do this, you can put them in a sieve and give time for all the water to glass. If this is not done, then the salad will turn out to be too watery. Then cut the cucumbers to the same size as the meat.
3. Boil eggs in salted water until steep. Chill in ice water, shell and cut to the same size as the previous vegetables.
4. Grind the processed cheese in the same way as all the ingredients - into small cubes.
5. Wash green onions, chop finely and add to all products. In this recipe, it is used frozen. Also pour mayonnaise into a bowl.
6. Stir all the ingredients and taste the dish. Add salt as needed. But perhaps it will be enough from the products themselves: cucumbers, meat, cheese. Because they already have it.
7. Chill the prepared salad in the refrigerator and you can serve it to the table. If you want it more satisfying, add one boiled potato or some boiled rice. Also, this composition is perfectly diversified by boiled or baked beets.
