Ingredients:
- Milk - 500 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons in dough and for frying
- Salt - 0.5 tsp in the dough and 1 tsp. without top in the filling

- Meat - 350 g (any variety)
- Mushrooms - 350 g (any)
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Ground pepper - a pinch
- Garlic - 2 wedges
Cooking stuffed pancakes with mushrooms and minced meat:
1. Warm the milk to room temperature and pour it into a bowl to make the dough. Pour eggs and vegetable oil into it.
2. Knead the slurry to distribute the food evenly and add flour, salt and sugar.
3. Knead the dough again using a whisk or blender. Its consistency should be like liquid sour cream. Then the pancake will turn out to be thin and the filling will easily be wrapped in it. If the cakes are dense, then it will be difficult to wrap them with minced meat.
4. Place the pan on the stove and heat it up. Pour a ladle of dough and spread it in a circular motion over the pan. Cook it for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Then flip it over and bake for 45 seconds.
5. While the pancakes are baking, boil the meat in salted water until tender. To make it more aromatic and tasty, you can put bay leaves and allspice peas in the broth.
6. Wash the mushrooms and cut into smaller pieces. Peel the onion with garlic and chop into half rings.
