Probably everyone in his family notices such a situation that everything is cooked in a pan in oil, and the more salt and the better the fried dish, the tastier. But it is worth taking care of your health and sometimes cook meat dishes, vegetables or the same steamed potatoes or cook. After all, this is the only way to get the most useful substances and vitamins for the body from products. But many do not like to cook anything - the taste is lost, not so appetizing. But everything can be changed for the better, you just need to cook correctly and then it will not only be useful, but also very tasty!
Recently, I have been trying, whenever possible, to cook meat dishes: fish, chicken, beef with pork and other meat delicacies. So I decided to share with you my recipe for cooking meat in foil. In it you will learn how to cook a pork steak to make it delicious. Serving per person. It is better to take the meat a little fat, choose the first grades (neck) so that it is soft, and it is better to cook longer than less.

Ingredients:
- Pork - 2 pcs. small steak
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 wedge
- Black pepper
- Dried dill
- Bay leaf
- Lemon
- Salt
- Foil
Cooking meat in foil in water:
1. Defrost the pork meat and cut off two flat, equal and not thick pieces of meat. As for the chops. Season them with salt on both sides.
2. Now pepper the meat on both sides. I only used freshly ground black pepper.
3. Cut a small slice from the lemon and squeeze the juice onto the pork on both sides.
4. Next, I sprinkled the steaks with dried dill. You can add more parsley or other seasonings to taste.
5. Cut two heads of garlic into wedges and spread over the meat. Let it soak, marinate the meat for 15-20 minutes.
6. Put water to boil on the stove, just put some salt and a couple of bay leaves in it.
7. While the water is boiling, cut off a large onion ring and put on one piece of steak, and gently cover the onion with the other (watch out so that the garlic does not scatter).
8. Put our meat on foil and wrap tightly.
9. Put pork in boiled water, bring to a boil again and hold for 1 minute, then cover the pan with a lid, make a small flame and cook, depending on the size of the pieces of meat, but not less than 60 minutes, it is better to stand for 1 hour 20 minutes or more …
10. As the steaks are cooked, you can drain the water and take out the meat for serving. Eat immediately, while the meat is warm, juicy and tasty.
Thus, meat marinated in lemon juice and spices in foil absorbs all the ingredients and continues to soak them perfectly throughout the entire cooking in water.
