Culinary recipe for homemade lasagna with pork and ground beef. Watch video recipes with chefs.
Lasagna is a popular, traditional Italian dish. It was first cooked in Emilia-Romagna, but soon the dish gained popularity not only in Italy, but throughout the world. Lasagna consists of several layers of dough, and it is customary to lay out various fillings between the layers: meat, vegetables, mushrooms, seafood. In addition, the dish is sprinkled with cheese and soaked in sauce. A homemade lasagna recipe will perfectly decorate the hostess's festive table and delight guests.
In our family, instead of béchamel sauce, they prefer a sauce based on fresh or canned tomatoes in their own juice. I also suggest you to cook lasagna according to our recipe.

Cooking Lasagna:
1. Twist pork and beef meat in a meat grinder. Salt and pepper the prepared minced meat.
2. In a skillet with olive oil, lightly fry the diced onions. Add our minced meat to it and, stirring constantly, fry until half cooked.
3. To prepare the sauce, pour four tablespoons of olive oil into a thick-walled saucepan. When the oil boils, toss in a sprig of rosemary and three cloves of garlic.
4. After the garlic acquires a delicate golden color, take it out along with the rosemary and pour the tomatoes whipped with a blender in their own juice into a saucepan.
5. Place lasagna leaves on the bottom of a baking dish, put minced meat on them, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over our sauce. The top layer of the dish should only consist of lasagna sheets sprinkled with plenty of cheese.
6. Pour the remaining sauce over the lasagna and place the dish in the oven for 40 minutes.
