- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 500 g
- Salt to taste as needed
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Refined vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by step cooking fried shrimp with garlic and soy sauce, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the garlic, wash and cut into medium sized pieces.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat.
3. Send chopped garlic to the pan.
4. Saute the garlic over medium heat until golden brown and remove from the pan. It is necessary that he only aromatize the oil.
5. Send shrimps to the pan. Do not defrost them beforehand, put them directly from the freezer, because they will thaw in a hot skillet. Turn on medium heat and fry them until the seafood is melted.
