Fried rice with prawns and bell peppers is a tasty, healthy and easy to prepare dish. Anyone who tries it once will probably want to cook at home more and more often. Because the dish is fraught with an excellent combination of versatile shades of taste and aroma, which are intertwined with each other.
The main ingredients of the dish are rice, shrimps and bell peppers stated in the name of the recipe. Additional products include garlic, herbs, spices and vegetable broth. The ingredients combine well with each other, resulting in a harmonious and balanced taste of fried rice. You can take any varieties of rice, the main thing is that it is not very sticky, or it will need to be washed well to wash off all the gluten. The size of the shrimp can also be of any size, depending on the financial capability. Use bell peppers in different colors. In addition, if desired, the meal can be supplemented with any other ingredients: carrots, bell peppers, onions, garlic, zucchini, green peas, yellow corn, soy sauce, eggs, ketchup …

Ingredients:
- Rice - 100 g
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste

- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Vegetable broth - 250 ml
- Dried cilantro greens - 1 tsp
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 200-250 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by step cooking of fried rice with shrimps and bell peppers, recipe with photo:
1. Cut the tail off the pepper, clean out the seeds and remove the partitions. Wash the fruit, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat and add garlic. Fry it for 2 minutes and discard it from the pan. It is needed to flavor the oil. After that, send the chopped peppers to the pan and fry over medium heat until light translucent.
2. Wash the rice under running water, add to the pepper pan and stir.
3. Fry the food, stirring occasionally for about 5-7 minutes. Then gradually, in small portions, pour the broth into the pan. Cook the rice until all the broth is absorbed and add again.
4. Do this with half of the broth. Do not forget to salt and pepper the rice.
5. Defrost shrimps and rinse. Place them in the skillet in the rice.
6. Pour the remaining stock over the food and season with spices and herbs. Do not stir. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the dish over low heat for 10 minutes until the rice is cooked through. Then turn off the stove and leave the fried rice with shrimps and bell peppers to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Then stir and serve the food to the table.
