- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
