Unnoticed thin sheet of lavash has become very popular in the culinary field. Many different dishes and snacks are made from it. It is always convenient to have it at hand, because you don't have to knead the dough and waste time baking it. Vegetables, meat, cheese, mushrooms, fish are placed in pita bread. It can be served on its own, or you can additionally stew it in a sauce. However, the most popular lavash snack is considered to be rolls with various fillings flavored with mayonnaise. Such an appetizer is already indispensable on almost every festive table, because guests grab her first.
To prepare rolls, you can use pita breads of any size, but the most convenient is rectangular sheets. It is convenient to roll them along, then you get a long and not too thick "sausage". The finished roll must be given time to rest so that it is soaked in the sauce. Then it will not be dry, and it will be easy to cut into portions. And it is usually cut into 1-4 cm, depending on the filling. If the pita bread is left not eaten, then it will be necessary to wrap it with cling film, foil or a plastic bag so that it does not weather.

Cooking lavash roll with canned fish
1. Remove the husk from the onions, wash and chop into half rings. Put them in a deep container, add vinegar, sugar and cover with warm water. Leave to marinate all the time while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
2. Dip the eggs in a saucepan with cold water and boil until "cool". Then place them in ice cold water to cool quickly and clean better. After, remove the shells and grate them on a coarse grater.
3. Boil the carrots in their uniforms, cool, peel and grate on a large grater blade. I recommend boiling carrots in advance, for example, in the evening.
4. Grate hard cheese on the same grater as the previous products. You can use processed cheese, but in this case, place it in the freezer for 15 minutes to make it easier to rub.
5. Rinse green onions, wipe with a napkin and chop finely.
6. Remove the canned fish from the jar and break it into large pieces. If there are large bones in it, then remove them first.
7. Place all prepared foods in a bowl and add mayonnaise to them.
8. Mix ingredients well and taste. If necessary, adjust the taste with salt.
9. Spread the lavash on the table and spread it evenly with the prepared salad in a thin layer. I recommend using lavash sheets of the highest quality and well baked. Then it will smell very appetizing. A low-quality product will smell like raw dough.
10. Roll pita bread and wrap with cling film. Leave it on for an hour to soak.
11. After this time, unfold it, cut into portions and serve.
