The closer the winter holidays, the more interest the hostesses look at recipes for new interesting salads and not only. If you like quirky salads that I absolutely love, try this delicious salad. It looks really festive and elegant, but it needs the simplest and most affordable products for it. We need a jar of sweet corn, a jar of canned fish in oil, a few eggs and vegetables - the set, frankly, is quite modest, but the result will definitely please you!

Ingredients:
- Corn - 1 b.
- Canned fish - 1 can.
- Chicken eggs - 2-3 pcs.
- Potatoes - 1-2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise for dressing - 1 p. (200 ml)
Step-by-step preparation of a salad from canned fish and corn "Snowman"
Prepare the canned fish first. I took a jar of saury in my own juice with the addition of oil. The liquid should be drained, and the fish itself should be kneaded with a fork. If there are large pieces in the jar, it is better to choose the coarse bones of the ridge.
Boil the chicken eggs, place them in very cold water for a while to cool, and peel them off. Separate the whites from the yolks. Leave the white of one egg to decorate the salad, and chop the remaining whites and yolks, chopping as small as possible, or grate. Add canned corn kernels.
Boil carrots and potatoes in advance. Peel the already cooled ones and, chopping into small cubes, add to the salad. Also leave a small piece of carrot for the final garnish.
Wash the bell peppers, remove the grains and inner membranes, chop finely and send to the rest of the ingredients. Add canned fish.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, mix all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the salad on a serving platter in a hemispherical shape.
Use the protein that we set aside in advance for decoration. Rub it on a fine grater directly above the salad slide so that the entire surface is covered with fine protein shavings. Do not rub the boiled protein separately, and then transfer it to the salad: its structure is so delicate that it will simply be impossible to transfer and distribute it evenly. In this case, the appearance of the snack will be very sloppy.
Cut out the nose, eyes and smile from a piece of boiled carrot. Decorate the salad by turning it into a mischievous snowman face.
