Ingredients:
- Young white cabbage - 300 g
- Green onions - bunch
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Canned fish in oil (pink salmon) - 1 can
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Step-by-step preparation of vegetable salad with canned fish, recipe with photo:
1. Wash white cabbage, dry with a towel and chop into thin strips. If the cabbage is old, sprinkle it with salt and press down with your hands so that it lets out the juice. This will make the salad juicier. With young fruits, such an action is not necessary, because they are juicy enough.
2. Wash cucumbers, dry, cut off the ends and cut into thin half rings.
3. Wash green onions, dry and chop finely. Peel and chop the garlic.
4. Place all food in a large bowl. Open the canned fish and remove the meat. If the fish is in large chunks, then break it into pieces. Add fish to vegetables.
