Cooking cherry tomatoes with melted cheese
1. Boil eggs hard-boiled. To do this, put them in cold water, put them on the stove, boil them, reduce the temperature to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes. Then place them in ice cold water to cool. After, peel and rub finely.
2. Then grate the processed cheese on the same grater. To make it easier to rub, you can hold it in the freezer for 20 minutes beforehand.
3. Peel the garlic, rinse under running water, dry and pass through a press.
4. Pour mayonnaise over the food and stir. Do not overdo it with mayonnaise so that the mass does not come out too liquid, otherwise it will be impossible to wrap the tomato with it. Pour in a little mayonnaise at first, if not enough, then add. Taste the mass, add salt and squeezed garlic if necessary.
5. Wash the tomatoes under running water, dry well with a paper towel and cut the ponytails.
6. Now get down to shaping your snack. With a dessert spoon, take a portion of the cheese mass and shape it into a tortilla, in the middle of which put a tomato.
7. Lift the edges of the curd and roll into a small ball to keep the tomato inside.
8. Do the same for all foods and serve the dish. Garnish with herbs and serve. If you do not serve it immediately, then wrap it with cling film so that the cheese does not weather, and keep it in the refrigerator. And on request, additional cheese balls can be breaded in sesame seeds or finely chopped dill.
