Crab sticks are healthy, low-calorie, have a delicate taste and aroma of crabs. They add tenderness to the dish, and you can replace them with crab meat. It comes from the same raw materials as the sticks. Therefore, such a substitution will not change the original taste of the dish. Crab sticks, like crab meat, are used chilled, i.e. not completely thawed. If you wish to organize a luxurious banquet, the salad can be supplemented with other seafood delicacies.
Tomatoes add flavor to the salad. It is better to use them not very juicy, otherwise the appetizer will be very watery. Moreover, they should be fleshy, and they should be cut larger than other ingredients. The released juice that remained after cutting the tomatoes is drained and does not fit into a bowl with other products. Sweet peppers are suitable for any color, you can even use several shades, then the salad will be brighter and more beautiful. Take classic processed cheese, or with a flavor of greens or shrimp.

The only drawback is that they need to be defrosted. If using frozen ones, defrost them first. Do this at room temperature without speeding up the defrosting process with the microwave. Otherwise, the taste of surimi will be irreparably spoiled.
Cut the melted cheese into medium-sized cubes. If it crumples and chokes during slicing, soak it in the freezer for 15 minutes beforehand. It will freeze and cut well.
2. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes. Take tomatoes that are juicy, but moderately soft, so that when cutting they do not give a lot of juice.
Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, remove the tips from both sides and cut it into thin half rings.
3. Wash the white cabbage, dry it and cut off the required amount, which is finely chopped. Peel the sweet pepper from the seed box, stalk and partitions. Wash and dry with a paper towel. Cut it into thin strips. The way you cut the food is not important though, so you can cut it however you like.
4. Wash the greens, dry with a paper towel and chop.
5. Place all prepared foods in a deep bowl. Season them with salt and cover with vegetable oil. Instead of vegetable oil, you can use olive oil or make a complex component dressing.

It is served immediately after cooking, because It is not customary to cook such a dish for the future. Since the vegetables will flow, and the salad will not take on a presentable appearance.
