This is an easy-to-prepare dessert, and the main thing is that it is quickly prepared, and eaten no less quickly. In addition, the product contains the most useful cottage cheese. And this is a real storehouse of many vitamins. It is important for strengthening bones, and is especially necessary for children during their growth. This casserole will also appeal to those who follow the figure and health, as well as are on a diet, because this recipe applies to low-calorie desserts. The casserole turns out to be very soft, airy and tender. It can be consumed chilled with sour cream, jam or preserves. You can also make a real cake from it. To do this, the baked cake is cut in half lengthwise into two parts and smeared with any cream to taste.

- Pumpkin - 250 g
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Orange - 0.5 pcs.
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Bran - 2 tablespoons
- Semolina - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
Cooking pumpkin-curd casserole
1. Peel the pumpkin, rinse under water, cut into pieces and cook over low heat after boiling until soft. The average cooking time is usually 20 minutes. It depends on the size of the sliced vegetable pieces.
2. Transfer the finished pumpkin to a sieve and leave for 5 minutes to drain all the moisture. Then grind it with a blender until puree. Also, this process can be done with a potato crush.
3. Add cottage cheese to the pumpkin. It shouldn't be too watery. If you get one, then transfer it to a sieve or cheesecloth and let the excess liquid drain.
4. Add semolina to the food.
5. Pour the bran there. They can be used in any variety: rye, wheat, linseed, oat, etc.
6. Add honey to products. If you are allergic to this product, then replace it with sugar or your favorite jam.
7. Wash the orange under running water and dry. Divide in half and grate the zest from one half and squeeze out the juice. If you love this citrus, you can increase its amount, then the aroma and taste will be more pronounced. Lemon can also be used in place of an orange.
8. Stir the food and leave for half an hour to swell the semolina.
9. After this time, beat the eggs into a deep container and beat with a mixer until fluffy white foam.
10. Pour the beaten eggs into the container with the dough and mix well again.
11. Line a baking dish with baking parchment or simply grease with butter. Then pour the dough into it and distribute it evenly.
12. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the casserole to bake for 40 minutes. When it is covered with a golden crust, you can remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
